Set in 1483, Rules for a Knight tells the story of Sir Thomas Lemuel Hawke. Fearing he might die as he heads into battle, he writes a letter to his children imparting words of wisdom on leading a chivalrous life. He pens twenty virtues that provide a rulebook for living a noble life.
